What’s so cool about the Valley? Rapid Valley is a suburban neighborhood of 8,260 residents, who desire that small town escape complete with sprawling views of the rolling plains. Situated in the southeastern corner of Rapid City, Rapid Valley provides quick access to the Rapid City Regional Airport to the south or Ellsworth Air Force Base to the northeast. Residents claim the freedom from city government is a benefit. You won’t find codes nor covenants in the Valley. Boats and campers are welcome.
Jolly Lane Juggernaut
While most of Rapid Valley is located on the east side of Hwy 44, the Jolly Lane boom on the west side of Hwy 44 can hardly be ignored. Intermingled with the Elks Golf Course are desirable streets appropriately named Bogey, Mulligan, Back Nine and of course, Augusta. It’s a pristine, active, modern community worth checking out.
