Not Just a Real Estate Career
Not too long ago, I traveled to Denver for another amazing training course with Keller Williams. As I sat there, in yet another course, I had the opportunity to reflect on all the changes we have experienced over the past two and a half years. The growth of both our company, and individual agents has been staggering.
This course was called, “Career Visioning.” It focused on the processes that Keller Williams has put together for identifying and recruiting talent. I have never seen any training like this, especially not from a real estate franchise. As we continue to build the Market Center and the Kahler Team, it is difficult to express and explain the enormous value a course like this offers.
Keller Williams is dedicated to teaching their agents how to run their real estate careers as a business, as well as providing top-notch service to their clients. The systems and limitless training afforded to Keller Williams agents not only paves the way for excellent quality of life, but also offers great opportunities to their clients.
For 2017, Keller Williams Realty Black Hills has set an amazing goal. Our office will be giving over 100 agents this year the great opportunity to have careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living. Did I really believe that this was possible? Good question! Do I believe that in another year we will be giving 110 – 120 people that same opportunity in this great business, and great area? With the tools Keller Williams has brought to the table, anything is possible.
