Today, I am blessed to work with a wonderful team of hardworking and caring individuals. As the Kahler Team has grown, I have become increasingly excited about the level of service our clients experience throughout their buying and selling process.

When working with a real estate team, such as the Kahler Team, you will find that every member has their specific areas of expertise and responsibilities. Most team members are also cross trained to help as needed. The sales staff will also work with each other, ensuring quick response times and coverage when an agent is unavailable. As an example, our listing coordinator Laura Frink goes above and beyond simply putting your home on the market. She will professionally photograph your home, gather all relevant information, and write an enticing description. She will also develop all marketing material and promote your listing on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Pinterest, and Google+. These and countless others are all dedicated to selling your home effectively, for top dollar.

Julie Hager, our Closing Coordinator, has been a valued asset for the past 38 years. Julie is the go to person for anything related to the closing transactions for your home. She ensures outstanding issues are addressed, titles are clean, and any necessary paperwork is completed. Her primary objective is to ensure your home closing goes smoothly and as stress free as possible. If you have ever closed on a home with us before, you know how valuable Julie is to the process.

Tracy Kaltvedt is the newest member of the Kahler Team’s support staff. Like our other team members, Tracy has proven to be a rock star, hard worker, and a quick learner. Tracy will be working with both Laura and Julie, backfilling where needed, managing event planning, and providing additional administrative support.

Trisha Roe is our home stager/consultant. A staging consultation is offered to everyone who sells their home with the Kahler Team. Trisha will visit your home and work with you to ensure you home is well presented and ready to sell. Home staging has proven essential for attracting buyers to your home.

Lyndsey Akley and Renee Kahler manage all things technology for the Kahler Team. They develop and implement marketing strategies utilizing social media, web, and other technology. They are also responsible for areas such as website development, blogs, and our monthly newsletters. Lyndsey and Renee also stay current on new trends in technology, real estate websites, and social media. This is just scratching the surface regarding the value our support staff brings to the Kahler Team.
