David has been a full-time, professional REALTOR® since 1976. He has actively marketed and closed over 3400 transactions. David is currently Owner/Broker of Keller Williams Realty Black Hills, located in Rapid City. His firm deals in residential, commercial real estate, and property management.
David is a member of the Black Hills Board of REALTORS®, the Mt. Rushmore Association of REALTORS®, the South Dakota Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. These associations all uphold a strict code of ethics and ensure that their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques and legislation affecting real estate. To insure quality service to his clients who are relocating and to provide maximum exposure to his clients who are selling homes, David is also a member of the Employee Relocation Council. He also serves as a Board Member for the Black Hills Area Habitat for Humanity.
A native of Rapid City, David is the father of two. Real estate was his first and only career choice and he has been extremely successful in it. Over the past three years he has closed an average of 125 transactions per year. More than 83 percent of all the listings that David has taken have been closed and his clients are ecstatic.
